Actor Tony Hale and actress Sheryl Lee Ralph hosted a virtual broadcast of the 76th Primetime Emmy Award nominations on July 17, 2024.
Shōgun has dominated the award show with an incredible 25 nominations. It was closely followed by FX’s The Bear, which earned 23 nominations, breaking the record set by 30 Rock for a comedy series with 22 nominations in 2009.
Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building is third on the list for the most nominations with 21, and HBO’s True Detective: Night Country earned a respectable 19.
