When is the Backstreet Boys’ Residency at the Sphere?
The Backstreet Boys were originally set to embark on a 15-show residency at the Las Vegas Sphere. However, due to popular demand, the band extended it to 18 days.
The Into the Millennium residency is scheduled to start on July 11, 2025, and the final show will be performed on August 17, 2025. However, more dates could be added in the future.
Also, the much-loved band will drop their new album Millennium 2.0 on the first day of their Las Vegas residency, celebrating the 25th anniversary of their hit album Millennium.
It will feature remastered versions of its original songs, six live tracks from the Into the Millennium World Tour, and the brand-new song “Hey!”
What Can I Expect from the Into the Millennium Residency?
The Backstreet Boys will revisit their famous Into the Millennium tour from 25 years ago, performing the songs fans know and love from the Millennium album.
However, the group has promised to “do things we could never have imagined back in ’99.”
It is likely due to the Sphere’s high-tech facilities, which include a 16k resolution wraparound interior LED screen, 4D visual effects, beamforming speakers with wave field synthesis, and more.
