The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 is a celebration of the best TV shows produced by the popular children’s TV channel.
The annual event, often referred to as Kids’ Choice or the KCAs, will be hosted at the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles, California, on July 13, 2024, at 8 PM EST.

What to Expect at the 2024 KCAs
The 37th Annual Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards will celebrate the 25th anniversary of one of its most beloved cartoons, SpongeBob SquarePants.
It will be the first time the ceremony has been hosted by a virtual host, as SpongeBob himself and Patrick Star will host the event at Bikini Bottom, their undersea home. Tom Kenny and Bill Fagerbakke will return to their famous voice roles.
SpongeBob and Patrick will host the event in an animated backdrop with innovative augmented reality graphic effects.
Kids of all ages will not want to miss the KCAs, which will this year be held in July instead of March or April, as the network premiere of Hotel Transylvania: Transformia will kickstart the show.

The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is the only major award show that allows kids to choose the winners.
Children of all ages can cast their votes online in the hope their favorite show, movie, or star will walk away with the hollow orange blimp trophy.

Children across America started voting for their favorites in 34 categories on June 4, 2024, including Favorite Movie, Favorite Animated Movie, Favorite Movie Actor, and Favorite Movie Actress.
Of course, as Nickelodeon is a celebration of the network channel, kids can cast their vote for their preferred TV show, such as their Favorite Kids’ TV Show, Favorite Cartoon, Favorite Family TV Show, and Favorite Reality Show.
Also, the annual ceremony provides awards to music artists, sports stars, gamers, and content creators, and the votes allow children to express their passions and interests.
A new category will debut at the 2024 KCAs, too. The Favorite Ticket of the Year celebrates the best tour by a singer or band, with Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, Blackpink, Bad Bunny, and Beyonce in contention to win the sought-after orange blimp trophy.
