Selling the OC is a direct spin-off of Selling Sunset, a hit Netflix reality series, with both shows centering around the luxury real estate brokerage firm, the Oppenheim Group.
The fourth season is scheduled to arrive on the streaming platform on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. It will continue to follow the professional, personal, and social lives of a group of agents in Orange County, California.
Selling the OC debuted in August 2022 and became a huge hit with fans of the Selling Sunset franchise, with many becoming hooked on the stunning mansions, designer fashion, and, of course, the continual drama between the group.
Like past seasons, season four will feature eight dramatic episodes you won’t want to miss, with many cast members returning to the Oppenheim Group alongside some new agents.
The Cast
The following agents will return for the fourth season of Selling the OC:
Fans who fell in love with Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland’s romantic relationship will be pleased to know Tyler will appear in season four, despite leaving the Oppenheim Group in the third season.
Unfortunately, the following four real estate agents will not appear in the upcoming season:
Polly Brindle recently commented on some of the cast exits, stating, “I think Jason is a very astute businessman. If you’re not bringing in the business, those desks are expensive real estate. There are a few people who did not make the cut to stay, unfortunately, with us.”
While four agents have said goodbye to the show, the following three new agents have joined the Oppenheim Group, providing fresh conflict and drama in the fourth season:
Agent Brandi Richardson comments in the official season 4 trailer, “OC is not for the faint of heart. The players keep changing. Their faces are beautiful, but that’s not going to help you ring that bell.”
The season four trailer also alludes to Polly entering a romantic relationship with Luke Gulbranson, who many viewers may recognize from the reality TV series Summer House.
The Storylines
If you thought the drama might have settled down from season three, you might be happy to learn that season four of Selling the OC appears to have more conflict and tension than ever before.
Alex Hall’s relationships will come under the spotlight in the upcoming season. While she has seemingly moved on with a new man, the trailer shows her having an emotional conversation with her ex-boyfriend and former agent, Tyler Stanaland.
During the clip, Tyler is visibly tearful while Alex says, “Everything we said we didn’t want to do, we did,” causing Tyler to reply, “I will always love you.”
In addition to dealing with drama in her personal life, Alex will seemingly face more conflict in her career, as new agent Ashytn Zerboni has some “heavy information” for her this season.
The trailer shows Alex telling the camera, “I’m really upset with what Ashtyn is saying. Anybody who tries to come between me and my business is playing with fire.”
Newcomer Fiona Belle also hinted at fireworks, as she said, “Ashtyn has a reputation in the San Diego office for starting drama.” For this reason, you can expect many clashes, conflicts, and chaos in season four of Selling the OC.
