I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia first premiered in 2015 and is based on the British reality TV series of the same name.
Airing on Network 10, the hit show follows a group of celebrities forced to live in the tough South African jungle without many creature comforts.
The famous campmates must complete various tucker trials and challenges to earn meals and various luxuries for the group.
After the first week, the celebrities will start to be eliminated from the competition by the Australian public until the winner is crowned King or Queen of the Jungle in the final.
Thanks to its popularity across the country, Network 10 recently revealed I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia will arrive on TV screens at 7.30 p.m. (AEST) on Monday, January 19, 2026. If you miss an episode, you can stream it on 10 Play.
The Hosts
Julia Morris and Robert Irwin will return to host the 12th season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia.
Julia Morris has hosted the iconic reality competition show since the first season in 2015, and Robert Irwin joined as co-host in season ten in 2024, replacing Dr. Chris Brown.
Robert Irwin recently said, “I can’t wait for everyone to see what we’ve got in store this season! Every year, the trials get bigger, the stars get braver, and the jungle gets wilder. It is going to be an unforgettable ride. See you in the jungle!”
Also, veteran Julia Morris commented, “To get to present the show I love, alongside one of the biggest superstars in the world right now, is the purest of joys. Robert and I are beside ourselves to return to our spiritual showbiz home in South Africa for Season 12 of our beloved I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Get ready celebs, we are ready to tango! (Actually, I am not ready to tango).”
The Contestants
Network 10 hasn’t officially revealed the full line-up for season 12 of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia.
This year’s contestants will be kept a closely guarded secret until closer to the January release date.
However, rumors are circulating about who will appear in the upcoming season, including stars from Married at First Sight Australia, Survivor, The Bachelor Australia, and The Bachelorette Australia.
Network 10 recently released the following statement, “Keep your eyes peeled as we start rolling out clues as to who will be taking a first-class flight into a first-class fright when the series returns in January 2026.”
The Prize
In addition to being named King or Queen of the Jungle, the winner of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here Australia will win $100,000 for their chosen charity.
However, every celebrity will reportedly receive a personal appearance fee for participating in the popular reality competition show. The amount they receive is determined by their fame level and the negotiated deal.
The Weekly Schedule
Season 12 of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia will broadcast on Monday, January 19, 2026, and air five nights per week at 7.30 p.m. (AEST).
An elimination episode will air every Monday, followed by four challenge episodes from Tuesday to Friday, including Tucker Challenges. You can trust it will be worth the wait!
