The Tony Awards are the biggest night in American theater, as it is an annual celebration of the finest Broadway productions over the past year.
Presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing, it serves as the theater world’s highest honor, much like the Oscars, Grammys, and Emmys for their fields.
The awards, which began in 1947, have become one of the most prestigious shows on the calendar, and theater stars of all ages strive to win a coveted Tony.
The 2026 Ceremony

CBS will broadcast the much-loved ceremony, or you can stream it live or on demand on Paramount+.
Musical fans will not want to miss The Tony Awards: Act One, which is a popular pre-show that is typically streamed on an alternative platform, such as Pluto TV.
