Who are the Lifetime Achievement Honorees?

On August 21, 2024, NATAS announced Jane Pauley, an Emmy Award-winning journalist, author, and anchor, will be one of two Lifetime Achievement honorees at this year’s awards ceremony.

Alex Gibney, an Academy Award-winning documentarian, producer, and director, will be honored with the award at the 45th Annual News and Documentary Emmy Awards, too.

Adam Sharp, the CEO and President of NATAS, recently explained why the two industry icons were chosen for the internationally respected award.

He said, “Jane Pauley and Alex Gibney continue to reach viewers while at the same time opening doors for those coming behind them.
